By using the services of Poppin' Partiez ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Poppin' Partiez provides professional party entertainment services across the DFW, Houston, and Austin metro areas. Our services include:

We are based in Haslet, TX and serve the greater DFW, Houston, and Austin metro areas within an 80-mile service radius. Service availability outside our primary areas may be limited.

5. SMS and Automated Call Communications Consent

By providing your phone number on our contact or booking forms, you expressly consent to receive booking-related SMS text messages and calls from Poppin' Partiez at the mobile number you provide, including automated or AI-assisted calls. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

These communications relate to your inquiries, bookings, and events with us, and may include:

Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your booking activity — typically 2–5 messages per event.

Message and data rates. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS opt-out. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, END, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, REVOKE, or OPT OUT to any message you receive from us. We also honor clear everyday-language opt-out requests such as "please opt me out" or "stop texting me." You will receive one final confirmation that you have been unsubscribed. You may also contact us to be removed from our SMS list.

Automated call opt-out. We may use AI-assisted or automated voice calls only for booking, inquiry, routing, scheduling, payment, and event-support purposes. We do not use autodialed, prerecorded, or artificial-voice calls for telemarketing without the consent required by law. You may revoke consent for automated or AI-assisted calls by telling our assistant or staff that you do not want calls, asking us to stop calling, or contacting us at the phone number or email listed below.

Mobile information sharing. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

In the case that Poppin' Partiez must cancel the services, a full refund will be issued for any deposits and payments made by the client.

In the case of cancellation by the client:

Canceling 5 or More Calendar Days Before the Event

Canceling 4 or Fewer Calendar Days Before the Event

Canceling on the Day of the Event

No refunds are issued if the client requested the wrong date or time. No refunds are issued if our artists cannot gain access to the venue or locate the event within 30 minutes of the service start time.

8. Rescheduling Policy

Poppin' Partiez offers rescheduling within the next 30 days. Rescheduling requests outside of the 30-day period will be handled under the Cancellation Policy above.

Once the queue has been closed at the end of the booked time, no additional guests will receive services.

11. Artist Assignment

We assign artists based on availability, skill set, location, and event requirements. While we cannot guarantee a specific artist, we ensure all our performers are professional, experienced, and vetted. Some packages require multiple artists — we will coordinate all assignments for your event.

Poppin' Partiez and its artists reserve the right to take pictures and videos of their work for advertising and promotional purposes only. Photos will be taken with the children's and their parent's consent. If you prefer no photos be taken, please inform us before the event.

16. AI-Assisted Services

We may use AI-powered voice and text assistants to assist with booking inquiries, scheduling, routing calls, payment delivery, and customer support. These automated systems are designed to provide accurate information about our services, and conversations may be recorded, transcribed, or logged for scheduling and quality purposes where permitted by law. For complex inquiries, you will always be able to reach a human representative.

17. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in accordance with Texas state law.

18. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.

19. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
